Weekend 21 2023

Still rocking TotK of course.

Bought Warhammer 40k Boltgun, really awesome and can't wait to get more into it. Only did a few levels but it was on sale on Xbox so went ahead and grabbed it now instead of waiting. Also hope the sales are good on this one so more retro style shooters keep getting released.

Got X-Men Mutant Academy 2 on PS1 and was hoping to play this one with B but we didn't get a chance so hopefully we can this week. Didn't play this when it was out originally but I've read good things. Adding a picture of it to make this post super hot

Weekend 20 2023

Played more of TotK as expected. But had just as much fun playing 2 player mode on New Super Mario Bros DS and Mario Kart DS with B. Those games are always fun, especially the mini-games on NSMB, we always have a blast with those.

Played some Animal Crossing New Leaf as well, was pretty excited for the fishing tournament but didn't even end up placing. What a struggle it is to find a good carp these days. We'll get 'em next time

Playing a lot of Tears of the Kingdom of course.

Also playing Burnout Paradise Remaster a lot when I'm not playing Zelda. What a great racing game, doesn't hit the highs of Burnout 3 but it's still a blast. Love to play that with some random DnB playlists behind it to give that full late 90's/early 00's racing game feel
